CYLINDER NOTES

• All cylinders sized from M2 to E are designed with a .750-16UNF2A inlet thread.
• All cylinders sized from M60 to MM are designed with a 1.125-12UNF2A inlet thread.
• All cylinders are supplied standard with a protective clear coat with a green shoulder.
• All cylinders are DOT/TC compliant and stamped accordingly for the intended service.
• Standard CGA870 valves supplied with cylinders up to E size. CGA540 supplied with M60 and up.
• Other valve options available.

CYLINDER OPTIONS

• Custom powder coat painting is available
• Stamping is available

DOT / TC HIGH PRESSURE STEEL CYLINDERS

ProRack Gas Control Products stocks raw steel cylinders from sizes 20 to 300 cuft ready for customization including painting, embossed neck rings, variety of cylinder valve options, siphon and blending tubes and character stamping. Additionally, ProRack offers complete gas pack & manifold system assembly including cylinders loaded saving you major labor, time and logistics.

CYLINDER NOTES

• All cylinders 80 cubic feet and up are fitted with neck ring and cylinder cap.
• All cylinders are supplied with a ¾”-14 NGT internal thread connection.
• All cylinders are manufactured to allow 10 percent overfill in compliance with DOT regulations and are marked (+).

CYLINDER OPTIONS

• Standard colors are available at no additional charge. Two tone and three tone painting is available at nominal fee.
• Character stamping
• Custom embossed neck rings.
• Stenciling
• Copper siphon and blending tubes

VALVE OPTIONS

• Standard brass valves are available. ProRack stocks a wide selection of common valves such as CGA320,326,346, 350, 540, 580,590 & 660.
