Santa Ana, California, June 1, 2020 – ProRack Gas Control Products today released the Poseidon 20 cylinder gas system engineered for offshore use in commercial diving applications. A variety of manifolds can be added utilizing brass and stainless steel and designed for gases such as breathing air, nitrox, heliox and oxygen.
“The new ProRack POSEIDON was designed to be our strongest and most durable 20 pack for the rigorous abuse transporting 20 high pressure gas cylinders to harsh saltwater environments typically encountered in offshore diving applications for breathing gases. A simplistic design allows for easy water run-off and the ability to add customer specific design options such as grated bases, lifting mechanisms and cylinder restraints as required", stated a company spokesperson.
The new POSEIDON 20 Cylinder cradle and manifold system is engineered with robust materials, a simplistic design layout with lift truck access at the base and four corner lifting lugs for sling systems, and grated manifold protection cover is standard for easy water drainage. The Poseidon's most popular manifolds are produced from high grade 316 stainless steel for the harsh environment they will serve.
“The POSEIDON is perfect for your largest gas consumers requiring 20 cylinders at remote locations where trips are not practical on a daily schedule. We designed the POSEIDON for offshore diving gases, but it is also well served in numerous other large volume outdoor gas installations where a hot dipped galvanized product will hold up to years of abuse weather abuse”
